How we make sure every article is accurate, readable, and useful.
AZ Rideshare Injury publishes informational content only. We are not a law firm, medical practice, or insurance agency. Every factual claim is checked against identifiable sources before publication, and we correct errors as soon as we learn about them.
Sources we use
We base our articles on official, publicly available, and verifiable sources, including:
- Arizona state statutes and court rules published by the Arizona State Legislature and Arizona courts.
- Published court decisions from Arizona state and federal courts.
- Public guidance from government agencies, such as the Arizona Department of Transportation and the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions.
- Rideshare and delivery company public policies, safety reports, and help-center articles.
- Insurance-industry resources that are publicly available and tied to a stated authority.
We prefer primary sources. When we rely on a secondary source, we say so and link to it whenever possible.
How we treat sources
We do not publish statistics, examples, or legal claims unless we can trace them back to a source. We avoid anonymous or unverifiable claims. If a source is dated, we include the date so readers can judge whether the information is current. If a law or policy changes, we update the article and note the change.
When a topic is genuinely uncertain or varies by county, court, or individual case, we say so clearly rather than pretending a single answer fits every situation.
Corrections policy
Errors are corrected promptly. If a reader reports a factual error, we review the source, fix the article, and update the date of the last review if the change affects the substance of the article. We do not hide corrections. If you believe you have found an error, please use our contact form with the article name, the sentence in question, and the source you are relying on.
Scope and limits of our content
All content on this site is general information. It is not legal advice, medical advice, or a substitute for speaking with a qualified professional. Reading an article does not create an attorney-client relationship, a doctor-patient relationship, or any other professional relationship with the operator of this website.
Every person’s situation is different. If you are dealing with an injury, insurance claim, or legal deadline, consult a licensed Arizona attorney or other qualified professional for advice tailored to your circumstances.
Advertising, sponsorship, and independence
We do not accept payment to favor one company, law firm, or point of view. Our content is written by the site operator and selected contributors based on what readers need to know, not based on advertising relationships. If this policy changes in the future, we will disclose it here.
How to report an issue
If you see a broken fact, unclear explanation, or outdated source, please contact us through the contact form. We will review the issue and respond as soon as we can.
